How We Operate
Step 1 - Meeting After you have contacted us we will arrange for a meeting with you where a member of our team will come and measure up the place where the work will be installed
Step 2 - Design We will then work on a design for you and once your happy with it then we will give you a quote.
Step 3 - Fabrication When you accept the quote, fabrication of your design will then commence,
Step 4 - Shotblasting Once the product has been made it will then be shot blasted which removes any mill scale and oil and acts as a key for the next stage.
Step 5 - Thermal Spraying Zinc thermal spraying involves a zinc wire being melted by a flame then atomised by compressed air onto the Wrought Iron. Then when the Zinc hits the workpiece it returns back to it's solid form creating a porous coating which has good corrosion protection properties similar to hot-dip galvanising
Step 6 Paint The Zinc coated work will then be Spray painted your chosen colour then left to Cure.
